Electric kettle was very dirty and unhygienic. Even after complaining it was not replaced or cleaned.

Super clean, modern, great food and excellent atmosphere. Just around corner from a hub of shops and restaurants. Had a pit stop here on way to Sula but will be back to stay longer. Thank you to the front desk team for looking after us, amazing customer service

They have a very small lift

They didn't provide us with the room that they showed or described in the app They gave us a small room with one bed and no other futon bed The room was so small that it was a bit uncomfortable

The bedsheets and towels were dirty. Even after complaining, they had no clean sheets and towels. Even after room service everything was dirty. It is not worth the amount they charge. Even after the discount, it was not value for money.
