Hotel Banzai Rooms

Not up to mark

Good hotel with an emphasis on cleanliness. The staff is also friendly. All required amenities are provided. Location is the best part with all good food outlets close by or you can have it delivered to your room itself from the restaurant below which has a good selection. Will recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Nashik.

Wi-Fi password provided was incorrect. Had to ask multiple times for the password. Finally gave up and used my mobile hotspot.

NIce place. Cozy Hotel. Room was big and airy and nice. Absolute value for money.

Some of the staff could be more friendly. Early morning Tea / Coffee not available till 9:00 - 10:00 PM. (Though Electric Kettle is available with Tea Bag)

You should to take at least 20℅ advance from guest. So that room can be reserved

Clean rooms

You may end up talking to multiple people on the reception before visiting the property and they give you different information about the rooms. It becomes difficult to get the real picture. Also, since the booking was made through booking.com without any card details or payment, we were left with the remains despite booking the hotel quite early.

The location is very good for the people who have some work near/on College Road.

Rates are high as compared to facility and the room size. Complimentary breakfast not given even after charging @ Rs 3000. In the month of August'2023 I was charged Rs 2600 with complimentary breakfast, but this time even after charging Rs 3000 no complimentary breakfast. Details of the loyal customer or repeated customer not kept. No discounts for the loyal customers. Services are left on the mercy of the person who is sitting at the counter. No responsible manager is available.

Entry way itself is dirty. Parking area/the street across is full of garbage. The room itself did nothing to redeem the property. (Bathroom was okay). The first time in ten years that I am giving such low rating to any property.
