The views from the room & the restaurant were just amazing. Very comfortable room with a heater. Super friendly staff. Kudos to Mr. Tanvir (front desk) for making our stay a special one & to the chef Mr. Karim for some amazing food.

The location is beautiful and the hotel rooms were clean.

The food could have been improved a lot more ... Though the lunch and the dinner were good the breakfast was horrible. Few items were cold and the South Indian dishes were not even remotely close to how they should taste.

The walls of the rooms r very thin to the extend that u can hear very clearly the footsteps of PPL walking in corridor.. doors opening closing.. it's extremely noisy and disturbing.. For the amount we pay hear, i expect a bit more cleanliness.. the teacups and kettles in the room weren't cleaned properly.. the bedsheet had few stains etc Third thing is that.. in such a luxurious property at a location like sonmarg should have atleast a small bunker accomodation for drivers, majority come with drivers here nd the temprature outside is freezing, so expecting them to sleep in vehicle is not right..
