Mandatory Christmas eve [24th December ] gala dinner charges of Rs.1499 per adult & Rs.750 per child [below 12yrs] should be paid directly to the hotel. Mandatory New year eve [ 31st December] gala dinner charges of Rs.1799 per adult & Rs.900 per child [below 12yrs] should be paid directly to the hotel.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. Good stay Restaurant - Quality and Service at Tyla was good Staff was extremely friendly

Room facilities were below expectations - and some of them non operational . Would like to see some good improvement

"Lovely quiet retreat."

Lovely remote hotel in the mountains set in a plantation. Staff were lovely.

The views from the accommodation was not as expected. Pleasant views over some water and great wildlife but no mountain views.
