Hotel Oasis

The room was quite good. And the Rupesh sir were very welcoming. The staff was also good. I had a trip with my friends, husband and my pet. The stay was good overall.

The room services as my husband faced vomiting issue, I asked the guy to clean he told me it will be 200 chargeable to just clean a vomit which was in the basin. So that just took its 5 star rating to kind of 3 star or 4 star. Also the garden area was good but stairs were bit dangerous as my pet fell down due to very steepy stairs. Also we asked the guy to provide bonfire but unfortunately he didn’t because he saud woods were not but while I was roaming around the property I saw lots of wood over there. Also the thing I didn’t liked was that we have checkout time of 10:30am but after 9 they just make every things fast so that there other guest are welcomed. Also while we are in the room they just knock the door and say our guest wants to check the room at that time before checkout ai think privacy was compromised.

The service staff was good

We visited during onset of winter. Geyser is on only during certain hours. Rooms are too close to each other. You can listen to what's happening in neighbouring room(s). Unfortunately for us, there was a baby crying for a good time, another guest asked them to control the baby and eventually became a shouting competition. The owner did nothing to control, we had to intervene and ensure our peace. Only money matters..

Nothing

All the things are bad, no hot water, no room service , no wifi facility. They charge 5600 but it's only 600 rs. Room.

Rooms are clean

Very expensive they took about 3100 per room and not even provided water bottle this is not proper hotel it's like chawal room
