"Bad"

Location was good but the hotel was not at all as per the expectations. Forget about the room service, they even not provided the mandatory clean bedsheet and pillow covers. Room was not cleaned at all and the bathrom was worst.

Hotel staff was not responsive and I had to wait for almost 2 hours as these people didn't respond the phone calls. They charged me 30% extra for early check-in (This thing happened with me for the first time till date). No toiletries given. For towel itself I needed to ask for almost 3-4 times.
