"Fake STARS but cheaper than others"

Telephone and TV are ONLY for pictures. They don't work. Quality of hotel is one star and not three star as advertised. Lock on the door did not work the whole seven days of my stay. Sink in the bathroom remained clogged. The bedsheets were torn. How in the world Booking com rates this place at ,9.7 stars??? Staff were courteous. Even if lock did not work, nothing seemed stolen from my stuff.
