ther is not a single point to like about this hotel and stay apart from location

hotel staff are very rude and they didnt provide any accessories even tv are not working in the hotel. They charge me extra money for the key and they even didnt ask there owner they froud with me and take money for themselve.

Location is prime, staff is cooperative.

Room had no ventilation, cleanliness was poor.

I did book accommodation fromBOOKING.COM and the booking was confirmed a week ago and I paid the amount too, but when I reached there to check in but the manager denied check in as the booked price from BOOKING.COM is too low, they are cheating people by telling to pay much more than what is paid in BOOKING.COM website. I was with my family of 6 members waiting outside the hotel door for 1 hour while all this drama happened. Please be aware, do not opt for this perticular room from OYO OR BOOKING.COM MANY OTHER TOURIST FACE SAME ISSUE WITH THIS HOTEL . Check in date :26-11-2022 Check out date :27-11-2022 Email Id -Chandresh.99@gmail.com Hotel Booked Via Booking.com with advanced payment. I Booked 2 room in Hotel Chayya aurangabad via booking.com for family stay 26 Nov 22 to 27 nov.22. Reached hotel at 6 pm. At time of check-in Hotel receptionist declined to give room at booking price.he said we not bound to give room to you. If you need room than you need to pay double to your booking price. At evening time and completely tired due to long journey and with family with 4 and 5 year child i have no other option rather giving double price. It's completely cheating , Although I had advanced booking and also made half payment as confirmation , and I also got confirmation mail from Hotel . It's really bad experiences from Hotel Chayya , never even expecting this kind of behavior from hotel. One more thing after giving double price my staying experiences with Hotel Chayya is really pathetic. It's like Dharmsahla. Linen is smelly ,Bath toom is dirty and unhygienic , no towel or cloth hanger in bathroom ,No staff other than receptionist ,Door lock not working so Whole night is open and i can't even sleep due to that ,Tv not working, even no dustbin in room, Room was Smelly and really dirty, below bad it seems like dustbin, liquid and water empty bottle and other rubbish things,spider nest in every corner of room .
