AC is not working

The room is ok with AC

I booked the room on booking for 500 rupees but they simply denied my check in with this price saying it was too low and asked me to pay 1200 rupees a night instead so more than double even though they had my booking on the computer in front of them (they showed me). So what's the point of putting a price on booking if it's not accepted after? Outrageous. It's also a very loud place on the road and the night watcher was listening music very loud all night while my room was next to reception, no respect. Also don't use their restaurant, it took them one hour to cook an egg roll with a Lassi and it was not good food at all.
