Reception denied my check in and demanded extra Rs700. A person who is treveling, tiered, comes to pre booked prepaid hotel to take rest and when denied by hotel, how he feels?? Oyo customer care also excused to help. No room given to me, no other hotel offered for me. I was left with my luggage, tieredness and my anger, why I choosen this worst oyo No any guarantee that you get the hotel room which you are booking and paying in advance Worst service.
