Garni La Tambra

Very friendly staff and sweet little cats around. Nice pool and sauna. Gorgeous views especially from the breakfast room. Comfortable room. Hotel felt family run with thoughtful touches around.

Sauna takes a little time to heat up so ask before you are ready. Our room had a strong vinegar smell (maybe from a cleaner?).

I loved the location, friendly host, spacious room so we can put all our stuff. We love the window view, the balcony, and the spacious closet for all the clothing and various bags/items we carry. I personally love its location being close to the bus station but high enough so we hear no noise from the streets. The heated pool, sauna, and gym downstairs were also awesome.

I didn't like how the place was rated super high on the breakfast selection but the options were mostly super sugary gigantic cake options. All the cereals were also too sweet, and the drinks were all juices. also, the coffee option were served by a beautiful lady but she comes by once so I felt like the coffee quantity drank was a lot less than other places (it's just my personal focus when comparing food/drinks)

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location, friendly staff, pool and breakfast were all amazing! We wish we could stay longer!!

It was just great, far beyond our expectations. Much nicer than at the photos here. We had really excellent stay, the most positive points were heated pool (great to come after hard hiking and spend time in hot pool with view over Selva), position only a few walk from the bus stop and AS we got free tickets for buses included in the stay, we did not use our car at all. Very nice and friendly staff, nice offer of breakfast. If going back to Valdena, only to La Tambra!

The only thing to mention is the official start time of breakfast at 8am, probably we could ask for earlier, but we never did. Ideally it could be at 7 or 7:30 so we can start hiking earlier. But I am sure it is upon agreement.

A wonderful place with the best view imaginable! Very friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the saunas. Very close to the bus stop and walking distance to everything you need. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful location with an incredible view of the town. Spotlessly clean and spacious room with a powerful shower. Friendly welcome and tasty breakfast overlooking Selva.
