Geen spullen voor te douchen alleen voor de eerste dag.het ontbijt eenzijdig en slecht brood

Geen enkele opbergmogelijkheid op de kamer ( geen kast, geen lade enkele paar kapstokken om te hangen ) ontbijt werd niet opgevolgd … soms niet bijgevuld

Unfortunately, my stay here was disappointing in several ways. The bathroom was small and dark, the room itself not particularly spacious, and there was no wardrobe — just a single clothes rail. The biggest issue, however, was the breakfast. It was extremely poorly managed. Almost nothing was replenished during breakfast hours — not drinks, not pastries, not even the basics. The attached photos, taken right in the middle of breakfast time, speak for themselves: empty trays, empty dispensers. There was only one staff member present, and instead of refilling items, they spent most of the time clearing away used dishes. Even when guests repeatedly asked for items to be refilled, this did not lead to any noticeable improvement. On one morning, even some spreads — like the Nutella-style chocolate spread — had a strange, off-putting texture (also shown in the photos), which didn’t inspire much confidence in freshness or quality. Coffee, cappuccino, and similar drinks came from an old fully automatic machine and tasted anything but fresh. This is unacceptable for a service included in the room rate. Breakfast is a basic part of the guest experience, and here it felt like an afterthought. Serious improvements are needed. On the positive side, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the free parking was convenient.

We booked this hotel at fairly late notice and we were very pleased with the overall standard of accommodation. The room was a family room and was standard for a 3 star hotel. The beds were comfy, air conditioning was great and a god send as it was very hot when we were there, towels and toiletries were provided and the bathroom and bedroom was spotlessly clean. Hotel staff were very polite and answered any questions we had and made the stay as pleasant as possible, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was included and consisted of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereal, toast, pastries, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and bacon or sausages. The only slight downside ws the coffee machine often was a little subjective as to what it dispensed but was generally fine. All in all an excellently run hotel, with nice staff and kept lovely and clean. The hotel is situated across the road from the narrow pebble beach with bars and restaurants a 10 minute walk away. (make sure you look left when walking out the hotel gate as its straight on to the road with no footpath and the zebra crossing is a few yards to the right. We nearly got took out by a few cyclists when exiting the gate)

Great little hotel with modern clean rooms and great breakfast. Lovely clean pool and surrounding garden area. Very friendly staff who go above and beyond to help out. Highly recommended if staying in Torri. Also a great little Italian restaurant next door to hotel with amazing food!

Only draw back was road was quite noisy sometimes with motorbikes etc but not hotels fault. Something to bear in mind.

The breakfasts offered a good variety. Our lakeside view room had been refurbished, including new door to the small balcony, which meant not disturbed by usual traffic noise from the Lakeside road

The machine coffee could have been better ( but this comment also applied to most of the hotels we stayed in on our touring holiday!) There weren't any drawers or open cupboards in which to put Tshirts etc, but plenty of hangers

Great location, lovely staff and always able to get a sunbed.
