Hotel Eden

Had a lovely stay here for 1 night. Hotel staff very very helpful and welcoming. Our room had a side view of the lake, it looked like it had recently been modernised. A kettle with tea/coffee making facilities would be good for some visitors. The breakfast had good choice and was well presented. Grounds, garden and pool areas very nice and well maintained. Torri del Benaco is a lovey place to visit if touring Lake Garda and I would definitely recommend at least one night at the Hotel Eden.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and always on hand to assist with any queries. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with a large balcony that had chairs, table and sun beds with amazing lake views. The breakfast was of a high quality and all food was very fresh.

I loved everything about the hotel. The location was right across the street from the lake. Our Balcony had lake view. The pool was clean and a nice size. The break fast room overlooked the lake. They had a decent variety if food, fresh fruits. The room smelled very nice and looked like it was renovated recently. If you have been to Gardalake you know parking can be an issue. They had a large parking lot that was easily accessible. Not to forget how nice and wonderful the staff was. Downtown Torri is in walking distance.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, excellent customer service, especially Julia, who went out of her way to help with our requests, and also spoke very good English. The hotel is ideally situated to walk into the town. There was a nice choice of fresh food for breakfast.

The pool is not heated.

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel . Had booked for May 2020 but had to cancel due to Covid lockdowns ....so delighted to be able to return this year to the same great welcome and service from this family run hotel . Since our last visit in 2018 the hotel has been renovated and this time we had a lake facing room with a lovely balcony directly facing the lake . The room ( No.20) was a great great size and had an open hanging unit with plenty of hangers but no actual wardrobe /drawers . A small safe was incorporated into the shelf unit and the key provided at check in .There is also a small fridge .The bed was very comfortable with a light duvet which was ideal for the time of year and several soft pillows and cushions . There was a bedside unit at each side of the bed and good lighting . The shutters worked well and as the weather was cooler than usual for the time of year we didn't need to use the air conditioning . The bathroom was a good size with high pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water , Bath towels and hand towels could be changed as often as you required and shower gel ,shampoo /conditioner were supplied and topped up as required . Towels for the pool were available free of charge from reception . Continental Breakfast is included in the room rate and includes plenty of choice of cereals, cold cuts ,fresh fruits ,yoghurts , juices ,boiled eggs ,pastries , teas & coffees and can be taken either in the dining room or the outdoor terrace -weather permitting . The outdoor facilities include plenty of parking spaces, a lovely garden and pool and terrace where drinks and snacks can be served . The bar /lounge area served drinks /snacks throughout the day . The pool/garden area is very well maintained and has plenty of sunbeds . All the staff in this hotel are extremely welcoming and helpful-cant praise them enough .Thanks to Fredericka and all the staff for yet another great visit .

Breakfast was delicious. Fresh bread, good coffee, vegetables, fruits - everything you need to start a new day with dose of energy. The view on the Garda lake from the dining room makes you feel even more relaxed during the breakfast :)

There was no such things. Everything was just as I expected.
