Hotel muito bem localizado , bem no centro de Ortisei. Bom cafe da manhã Equipe gentil

O quarto nao tem black out . As cortinas são pequenas e a luz do amanhecer prejudicou nosso sono . A pressao da agua do chuveiro é fraca , o box muito pequeno . Uma noite faltou agua quente , meu marido precisou tomar banho frio . Ao entrar no quarto, percebi que o shampoo e o sabonete líquido estavam vazios . Pedi reposição. Foram deixados no banheiro . Não foram colocados no suporte para ambos . Nosso quarto não tinha interfone/ telefone . Para falar com a recepção, tinha que descer de elevador.
