Hotel Parco Degli Aromi Resort & SPA

The view was great, the staff were friendly.

The hotel is being advertised as a Spa hotel but on arrival we were tols that since we booked through booking.com. Any Spa facilities were only available at extra cost

Very nice view. Breakfast was average with not too many choices.

The spa is also not included in the price nor the extra price mentioned by the staff. It is not mentioned anywhere. After the checkout, you will be informed about extra expenses like spa and water in the minibar. Not fair in my point of view.

The views, the bed, the pool.

The spa is lovely, but could be better managed and staffed. The foot massage was mediocre. My husband's massage sub-par. I had a decent massage but she did not do the full 30 mi ites, clocking in at barely 20 minutes. The extra room, which we paid for was not a nice space. Tired and old furnishings. Needs to be upgraded.

The lady at the reception was not friendly at all, the rest of the staff was welcoming and correct.

it was really pleasant first stay in Italy. Staff were very helpful and friendly . we booked only standard room,but on arrival received room with a sea view which was even more good! The area soo beautiful , well looked after!

i didn't like the restaurant. starting with the breakfast options and finishing with dinner. When they served breakfast we missed hot options like fried egg options. pancakes, ham and ect.. there was provided plate with cold scrambled egg only :/ . off course sweet options was really great with several different types of bakery!

great views down towards the coast. Room very comfortable and clean. breakfast buffet was very good and staff extremely helpful and friendly. perfect location for visiting San Vito lo Capo and other lovely beaches.

nothing. a little outside of town so car a must but perfect for a few days stop whilst touring Sicily.
