Hotel Parco Degli Aromi Resort & SPA

The staff were lovely. The restaurant was very good. The view is amazing!

The room was very basic and the shower was not always hot. The soundproofing was not good.

This hotel is situated on a hill with superb views of the vinyards and sea. The pool area was superb with unforgettable views and sunsets. The pool bar was operational the whole day with friendly and helpful staff. We ate at the restaurant as it was convenient not to drive into town. The food was excellent the first night but the second night our food was cold and not as good as the first night-maybe not the same chef ?? Service was friendly and excellent. The breakfasts were ample with a big choice. The medieval town of Erice was nearby and we were tempted to stay there but decided to just visit one day and not stay there. This was a good decision as hotels can only be reached by foot with parking at the bottom of the town.

The food at the resataurant was very bad the second night. Every dish was cold and pasta should not be eaten cold. Waiters were kind and did not complain to have food reheated. The room and bathroom are quite dated and should be upgraded.

Same breakfast every day not much choice of food ie. Missing salads, fresh veggies fruits.
