Room is a classic Italian decor. Very spacious and clean. Room service was excellent and we had excellent service at breakfast and reception. Getting a chair/bed at the beach club was very easy as we had a room and the staff truly cares.

What can I say, the place of dreams. The location of this hotel overlooking the bay was just incredible. The peace and tranquility was just beautiful. Staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. Our room was a little basic but had everything we needed in it, and actually it led to the character of the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional and the waiting staff were just amazing.

Maybe the rooms could do with a little updating.

La posizione è magica , credo sia il posto più bello di Capri . Ho adorato Assunta , la signora addetta alle camere , che ci ha accolto e ci ha fatto sentire super coccolati .

Gli addetti alla reception non erano proprio molto disponibili … una notte siamo rimasti senza acqua da bere ed il custode non avendo accesso al bar , non ha potuto aiutarci . I migliori posti sulla piattaforma al mare non sono inclusi nella prenotazione della camera .
