Extremely friendly staff that went out of their way to make our stay as amazing as possible. They helped us make an online payment as we could not access the system due to being a non Indian citizen and let us pay them back in cash. One of our friends was sick and they arranged for a doctor to check him out and get medication for him. Such friendly and welcoming people. The stay was incredible due to their kind hearted nature. The location is also very central. If I go back to the area, I’ll definitely be staying here!

We were initially assigned a room that was not at all ready to be occupied. After informing the management that we would be leaving the next day, we were shifted to a regular room which was pleasant and well equipped.

Zero availability of hot water in the bathroom. With the exception of the hotel owner Mr Sunil Jain and an elderly staff member, all the staff members at reception and in the pantry were inefficient and unhelpful.

Rooms were clean

Food options /delivery was pathetic also charging 150 rs per person per safari is too much

Liked the property's location and the exterior facade. The person taking care of the facilities is helpful, and can offer good guidance on things to do in Ranthambhor.

The property was short-staffed, did not like the breakfast facilities and options. Also, I expected a bit more understanding from the property's management, in lieu of certain unexpected events.
