Unprofessional staff

We choose this venue for its location plus it has the advantage of a swimming pool. Towel service is very good and staff are generally helpful and friendly

Unfortunately the pool was out of action no discount was provided for this shortfall of a main amenity offered by the venue We stayed on this trip 4 nights and on a couple of days the hot water was not very warm The TV system also did not work for a couple of days of our stay not the end of the world but it increased our reliance on WiFi which we found to be very slow and encountered a lot of buffering in utilising phone apps etc. I do hope they rectify the pool situation which appeared to be out of action for some weeks If not they need to update their facilities profile accordingly I would still recommend the venue despite these shortcomings especially for us it was the location aspect that mattered the most. Let's hope they resolve these issues before our next stay especially the pool.

The location

The facilities were outdated… the tv needs updating, need a vent in the bathroom, the door to the patio was faulty

I like the view of the ocean and I like the staff

I didn't like the old furniture in the room, they needed some upgrades. I did not like the fact that I couldn't use the swimming pool because it was never clean, at one point the water was actually green. The bathroom needs to upgrades to stand up shower. Also the window over the front door let's in too much lights which interrupted your sleep.

The rooms were clean and well kept. The service staff was exceptional. The chef went above and beyond when needed. The entire team was amazing. The front desk team were responsive and very pleasant.

The property could use some TLC. Upgrade the shower curtains clean up the items stored on the grounds and make it more inviting to utilize the outdoors.
