The staff could put a smile on. The energy of the staff is low. The friend I had with me said she was afraid to ask for anything because the staff acted as if she was a bother. I myself could feel it but wasn’t bothered by it. I have a good relationship with the staff because it’s my second time there. My guest was definitely uncomfortable. I hope it changes because I book my American guests here. Everything else about the place is amazing. Location, view, pool available, great food.

I got married here in april and on behalf of my family and I would like to say thank you. Our stay was amazing.. the food was sooooooo good omg lol. The rooms was nice n comfy. The outside was beautiful, nice for pictures. The pool was a plus. And the staff was amazing. They got us everything we needed. Very friendly and full of respect. The area was quite but not far from morantbay.

Well located, good size rooms and swimming pool. Exceptional staff who are an asset to the hotel.

The hotel owner needs to upgrade some of the furniture in the rooms and around the swimming pool area. The room patio door was difficult to open and shut. The patio was lovely but could use a chair and table to look at the view.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Ms Brown was warm friendly and kind. Nothing was too much for her. She executed excellent customer service. Security was good. The view from my room was beautiful.

The reception staff that took over from Ms Browns shift. They were rude and dismissive, made it difficult for me to communicate with them. They were often sat outside chatting amongst themselves which meant I had to awkwardly break up the chat to request service. They could learn a thing or too from ms brown.
