"It was decent but I know that place used to be the jewel of Morant Bay. It holds great potentials but needs some updates"

Location and security were a plus.

They could not find my reservation which I made weeks in advance. So I had to settle for what they had. I also think the property is beautiful but needs some updating. It took a long time for them to even get my A/C going and once it started I was told not to turn it off.

The breakfast was excellent! Looked forward to it every morning. The hotel location was very good for ours needs.

The ac in the room was very loud. The water was not always hot. Lighting in the room was quite dark.

Staff was courteous,

No hot water for shower, bedroom and bathroom badly in need of remodeling. All bedrooms are upstairs (2 flights up) and no elevator or a Bellhop in place to assist with luggage. Here's a property in a great location, beautiful Oceanview and the building interior(rooms) in a much needed overhaul.
