スタッフは非常にフレンドリーで親切だ。どんなリクエストにも応えてくれたし、説明も十分にしてくれた。日本語でわからないことは何でも教えてくれたし、私や日本語を話さない友人が使えるように、英語のコピーも用意してくれた。 スキーのレンタル施設はとても便利で、スキーブーツのフィッティングに問題があったときも、スタッフが時間をかけて私に合う一足を見つけてくれた。 ホテルはスキー場に行くのに非常に便利な場所にあります。道路を渡ればスキーリフトがすぐそこにある。 夕食と朝食のサービスも素晴らしく、スキーを楽しんだ後のビュッフェスタイルの夕食は完璧で、調理スタッフもとても親切でした。 以前、秋のシーズンにスキーの代わりにハイキングを楽しむために彼女と訪れたことがありましたが、とても楽しかったので、また来たいと思いました。また来たいと思います。

私たちはスキーシーズンの終わりに旅行したので、いくつかのスキー場はすでに閉鎖されていた。その方が安かったが、その分スキー場の選択肢は限られていた。ホテルのスキー場は、初心者にはあまりバラエティに富んでいない。難易度の差はかなり大きいので、経験者でなければ多くのゲレンデを楽しむことはできないだろう。他のスキー場へはバスで行くことができるが、バスの本数が少ないので、バスの時間をよく調べる必要がある。

O que podemos considerar como "Hotel Raiz", que entrega exatamente o que informa: quartos com camas confortáveis, onsen muito agradável, café da manhã tradicional e jantar também. Sem contar que é muito perto de duas pistas de esqui. Não é luxuoso, mas é confortável.

Personalet og beliggenheden var super, aftensmaden var også meget god. Vi så sneaber fra vores hotel vindue.

Værelserne var slidte og af ældre dato.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We only booked one room, but it was kind of small for our family of four, so they provided us with 2 rooms! The vibe was chill and fun, and the hot spring bath (onsen) was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Dinners were also delicious.

A little farther from Ichinose Family Snow Park than I realized, but that was my mistake.

Great location, excellent staff. We thought we would eat out in the evenings, but there are’’t many restaurants near by, so we booked dinner each night (and had breakfast included), the food was great with Japanese style, loads of options for us and the kids. Super fun, welcoming and easy place to stay.
