スタッフの笑顔が良かったです。 日本語があまり上手くないスタッフでも、笑顔が素敵だと心が通じますね！

お部屋にタオルなどをかけて乾かしやすい場所がもう少しあるといいですね。

Location was great, clean n comfortable

Front desk staff relatively inexperienced and were not informed on resort slope closures, hotel in-house restaurant had too restrictive a menu and wasn’t value for money

Beautiful property. Lovely spacious family suite. Excellent and friendly staff. Free shuttles to take you to restaurants and ski gondolas.

Occasionally shuttle and restaurant bookings messed up, but it was peak season so understandable.
