Just about everything

If there was Coffee in the room it would have been a perfect score. That’s the only issue I had; everything else was just great.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Free laundry facilities & free transfer to Iwatake Gondala were unexpected bonuses. Highly recommend.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, the Onsen is great, the hotel is super clean and the breakfast and restaurant amazing. Every place we wanted to go or come back to they helped us out to get to and it was really life changing.

We came near the end of the season (around the beginningof November), so most bars and restaurants near the Hotel were closed, however there were some stuff open and they still helped us out every time we wanted to go to a further away place and back again.
