location was good

they gave us the room at 3rd floor and lift was not operating…it was tuff time for my elder parents to get on to 3rd floor

"We had a very worst experiance at hotal for early checkin. They didnt accepted your appoval. Why?."

at Hotel we were charged for early check in charges of Rs.1000. istead of getting prior approval from web site. The hotel hotel staff didinot accepted your approval letter for early checkin. The told us that they didnot get any information from your side in the portal. We ahd a very bitter experience over there for 1 hour. We paid rs.1000 extra for your mistake. its very bad on your part. Total irresponsibility is celarly visible. I request you to arrange to pay back our amount to retain the faith on you. Thank You Sir rtn J. Hari Babu
