I am truly unhappy with your service. We received a call from the hotel before the night that the hotel has been changed for the booking day. also, the staff behaved rudely during the call when we asked about the new hotel details. for all of this, we have changed our plan and taken another hotel.

Just check the online booking rate and actual hotel booking rate. This time both rate are different and after reaching at hotel,staff refuse to check in at same booking prize. In that situation it is really embaracing to family person. Improve this otherwise all is good try to be a exceptional. Thank you
