It is not operational why is it accepting bookings

The room is not as shown in the pictures. They do not provide a kettle, and the room is so small that only a single bed can fit. My parents visited for New Year, and their celebration was ruined. Additionally, they seem to scam customers by giving better rooms to people who book offline, while online bookings get bad rooms because the payment is already made in advance, leaving no other option. The blankets also have a really unpleasant smell.

It was 1 of the worst experiences i have ever had with Booking.com The Photos which are visible are not 5% of the actual rooms, I have to book another hotel and have to shift on the same night. Please remove this Hotel Listing from Booking.com to maintain your own reputation. I if the Worst ever experiences i had in my Life... please DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ANYTIME.

So so bad hotel, mud in water, no tea, no water, rooms are dirty, no gotwater kettle, ac is just dummy not working.

Torn headboard upholstery. Hot water only for 2 hours in morning. No Wi-Fi on 3rd floor. They kept lying about this. There was no Wi-Fi. Trash facility OYO.

Rooms are not the same as shown in pictures, totally different and unhygienic.
