Hotel O Taj Nagri Near Taj Mahal East Gate Formerly Riviera

Please find attached the photos of the pathetic/dirty rooms that were provided to us You can see in the photos the state of the rooms, wardrobes, taps, bed linen, all are pathetic. There was no spray in bathroom commode, can you imagine this ? Absolute non sense. No one would like to stay in such rooms. I would never keep my family in such rooms that included senior citizen parents. As the rooms were dirty so we didn't stay in it. We arranged our own accommodation. The tap was moving freely on the wash basin and was in completely unusable condition plus there was a leakage under the wash basin. I have captured this in a video but booking.com only allows to post photos. I would suggest to remove this property from booking.com to prevent others from going through hassles. It was a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE property. Many likes us were leaving the property after they reached there and saw the terrible rooms.

Extremely dirty and sketchy. Sheets and beds were nasty. AC didn’t work in every room. Only the first floor had WiFi.

Cleanliness of the room / bedding.

I had to ask for a towel and soap. The bathroom had mud and shoes traces and the toilet broken. The bed sheets where not changed. At the end I went for another hotel

Rooms are too dirty to live, we suggest they need to clean it at all especially those rooms without window. “If you want to gain something, you must put in the effort! “Being located near such a great tourist spot, if you only think that tourists will surely come but the services provided are even uncomfortable for the locals, then it’s time to reflect and improve. We hope you will make improvements, especially regarding the moldy smell in the house, and the dirty pillows and blankets, which smell awful and are poorly cleaned! “We hope that after you make improvements, your place will flourish!”

The Beds were arranged well and beautifully. I had a wonderful stay here, room was really Superb and clean service was excellent.

Overall Superb and happy stay here, rooms was spacious, neat and clean. Such a great place to stay. thank you.
