連れが別室で宿泊していて、朝集合時間にこなかった。何度も連絡したが返事がなく、心配で対応をお願いしたところ一緒に部屋まで行ってくれ寝坊していることがわかった。この対応がありがたかった

初めての宿泊だったので、施設を充分使い切れなかったことが残念

スタッフの対応がよかった

・トイレットペーパーが前の人が使ったまま？の状態だった。（変なちぎれ方でした）・備え付けのアラームのON/OFFボタンが壊れていたため、ONのままでOFFにできなかった。・脱衣場にロッカーがなかったのは、少し不安があった。

駅から近く、駅にお土産屋が併設されている。コンビニも近い朝食のバイキング

併設の駐車場台数が少ない提携の駐車場が有料お風呂が余り大きく無いので人数を見ながら入る必要がある。脱衣所に入れる暗証番号を渡されるが、よく分からない人が便乗で入って来る
