駅前で立地が良かった

他の部屋はわかりませんが、今回利用した部屋はマットレスが床の上にありベットではありませんでした予約の画面ではわかりませんでした年配者が一緒だったので苦労しました

親族の不幸があり、利用させていただきました。慌ただしくしてました。それで、風呂に入り部屋え戻ってみると、エアコンの効きが悪く感じたのでフロントの方に伝えるとすぐさま対応してくださりました。原因は電源が入ってなかったからすぐに対応して下さり快適に過ごす事が出来ましたほとんど、ホテルを利用することがない為、恥ずかしかったですが有り難かったです、。
