Beautiful view and personal balcony onsen

Staff were extremely helpful, cheerful and always available. Misaki was exceptionally helpful as her skill in the English language and her kindest were most valuable to us.

The location, and view spectacular from my room. The open air hot spring bath from my room was perfect I truly enjoyed, My stay was amazing a this hotel I wish would have more days to enjoy it more. Onsen at the hotel was amazing 3 different temperatures pools with exceptional view and sauna. Best skin and hair care products at the onsen and my room were exceptional. Breakfast and Dinner was really good French/Japanese fusion. Thanks to the staff for providing a warm welcome and taking care of us during our stay. Staff, services, and amenities are exceptional!!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, ruhig und groß. Der Onsen im Zimmer war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Einrichtung würden wir als modern japanisch beschreiben. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Bushaltestelle welche Fußläufig zu erreichen ist

Das Personal war bemüht. Es wirkte alles allerdings oft wie ein unorganisiertes Durcheinander. Das Menu war am ersten Abend hervorragend aber ließ dann am zweiten Tag leider nach. Wir wurden nach Allergien und Essensvorlieben gefragt und was wir nicht mögen, allerdings wurde uns dann das normale Menü vorgelegt. Das Hotel ist eher für japanische Gäste ausgerichtet (oft Sprachbarrieren). Die Preis Leistung erachten wir daher eher als moderat- leicht überpreist.
