The staff were excellent, very helpful with a positive attitude. The food was very good. The location on Diani Beach and the area for the sunbeds was beautiful with a good variety of shaded areas from trees and canopies. There were plenty of sunbeds. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the air conditioning was great relief. The bathroom was lovely with a large walk in shower and a free standing bathtub. Dining outside in the evening under a lovely tree by the beach was very special.

The water pressure from the shower was low, but that may have been for water saving reasons. A second comfy chair in the bedroom would have been appreciated. The wooden dining chairs in the restaurant were very uncomfortable with backs that were too upright.

Great ambiance, beautiful surroundings, the staff was always punctual and polite, good food and great with the dresscode for diner. Also we liked that the place was so calm and the quiet.

Everything about Ocean Village was 5-star. The rooms were always clean, the bed was comfortable, the food was delicious, the service was excellent, the staff were great, and everyone made us feel very welcome. A big thank you to the housekeeper Christina and Rajab for superb service and for going above and beyond for us. We really enjoyed our honeymoon and we're looking forward to booking another holiday stay at Ocean Village.

The moment I arrived at this beautiful beach hotel, I knew I had found something special. Nestled right along the shoreline, the views are simply breathtaking—white sand stretching endlessly and the soothing sound of waves creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The rooms are absolutely lovely—spacious, tastefully decorated, and designed with comfort in mind. Waking up to the ocean view each morning felt like a dream, and every detail, from the cozy bedding to the immaculate cleanliness, made the stay even more enjoyable. The food deserves special praise. Every meal was a delight, with a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes that cater to all tastes. Whether it was breakfast by the sea or dinner, the quality and presentation were consistently excellent. What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the personnel. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their friendly smiles and willingness to go the extra mile created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Overall, this hotel is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax, indulge, and be surrounded by beauty. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable beachside escape.

This was our second time, we were here in september'25. it was again super and very peacefull. everybody was again so friendly. the only thing we did not like was the buffet, in september you could choose from the menu and be served at the table. but thanks to the restaurant manager and the always so friendly bar manager made our last 3 evenings the same like in september. lots of gratitude to them.
