The warm friendly staff. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were cozy and very clean. The food was varied and of excellent quailty. Would recommend the hotel, as you will not be disappointed

Dieses Hotel ist weit mehr als nur eine Unterkunft – es ist eine echte Oase der Ruhe, Herzlichkeit und Geborgenheit. Vom ersten Moment an spürt man, dass hier Gastfreundschaft nicht gespielt, sondern gelebt wird. Das gesamte Team unter Leitung des absolut kundenorientierten Managers Abdulsamad ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, angenehm entspannt und zugleich aufmerksam auf eine unaufdringliche, fast fürsorgliche Art. „Hakuna Matata“ ist hier kein Motto, sondern Alltag. Die Nächte sind wunderbar erholsam – man schläft tief und ruhig, fast wie ein Kind. Morgens erwartet einen ein frisches, vielseitiges Frühstück, liebevoll angerichtet und begleitet von ehrlichen Lächeln. So beginnt der Tag automatisch entspannt. Auch das Abendessen lässt keine Wünsche offen: abwechslungsreich, frisch, gesund und mit spürbarer Sorgfalt zubereitet. Dazu schöne Drinks und eine Auswahl, bei der wirklich jeder etwas findet – und wenn nicht, liegt es sicher nicht am Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Organisation von Ausflügen: professionell, zuverlässig und sehr empfehlenswert. Gerade in einer Region, in der man als Besucher schnell merkt, wie präsent soziale Gegensätze sind, ist es wertvoll, sich in so guten Händen zu wissen. Alles in allem ist dies ein Ort, an dem man genau richtig ist – in einem Land, in dem Herz und Seele Urlaub machen können.

Man sollte wissen, dass das Hotel zwar direkt und wunderschön am Meer liegt, allerdings ist es durch die Gezeiten ein wenig herausfordernd, ohne Badeschuhe ausgiebig das Meer zu genießen, extrem viele Seeigel. Dafür ist der Pool im Hotel umso schöner & deutlich einladender ☺️

We loved the hotel being adults only. It was quieter and more relaxing because of this. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent with a good variety of tasty options to suit everyone. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could want. Special mention to our wonderful housekeeper Christina; what a hardworking lovely lady she is.

We loved everything. A tiny improvement would be bigger refillable dispensers for bathroom toiletries to cut down on the throwaway plastics.

Après une semaine à traverser le Kenya, nous recherchions un lieu où nous reposer… et nous ne pouvions pas mieux tomber. Dès notre arrivée à l’Océan, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Au fil des jours, une véritable complicité s’est créée avec plusieurs membres de l’équipe. Toujours un sourire, toujours un petit mot pour savoir si tout allait bien ou si nous avions besoin de quelque chose : un service attentionné et sincère qui fait toute la différence. Un grand merci également au manager, Abdulsamad, une personne à l’écoute et aux petits soins, toujours disponible à la moindre demande. L’Océan est un véritable havre de paix : de grandes chambres confortables, une belle piscine, de nombreux transats à l’ombre des palmiers, et même un terrain de pétanque… Que demander de plus ? Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement à tous ceux qui recherchent tranquillité, confort et un personnel d’une grande attention. Merci encore pour votre accueil, et à très bientôt.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été touchés par la qualité de l’accueil. La gentillesse et l’hospitalité de toute l’équipe sont remarquables. Chaque membre du personnel est attentionné, souriant et pleinement investi pour rendre le séjour unique. L’établissement est d’une grande beauté. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et parfaitement entretenues. Quant à la restauration, elle est elle aussi à la hauteur : des plats savoureux et de qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme qui règne dans cet hôtel, idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter pleinement de chaque instant. Une mention toute spéciale au manager, Abdulsamad, dont le professionnalisme et la proximité avec les clients sont remarquables. Son attention sincère et son implication contribuent à la qualité de notre séjour. Pour notre voyage de noces, nous ne pouvions rêver plus beau cadre ni meilleur service. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs précieux et le cœur rempli de gratitude ❤️

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at Ocean Village Club at beautiful Diani Beach, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfectly located right by the stunning white sandy beach and turquoise Indian Ocean. It truly feels like a little paradise. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always smiling – they made us feel at home throughout the whole week. The service was outstanding in every area. The food was excellent, with a great variety and high quality every day. We especially enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the evenings, whether at dinner or by the pool. This was a truly memorable experience for my husband and me. We enjoyed every single day and were honestly sad to leave. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay in Kenya. We would love to come back one day!

la posizione fronte spiaggia, ottimo servizio di lettini da sole con materassino ed asciugamani, personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente, ottimo il ristorante all'aperto, con buffet ricco e di qualità, erano proposte anche le aragoste ma in verità un pò piccoline, normalmente in occidente non vengono pescate cosi piccole...

ottimo albergo lo consiglio vivamente, sono molto gentili e cortesi a differenza di altri due resort molto vicini, questo lo reputo il migliore..
