Great position, big room, shower at the terrace, great staff, good breakfast and dinner.

The property is absolutely spotless and designed for comfort and luxury at every turn. The grounds were impeccably kept down to burying the seaweed on the beach in front of the hotel every morning! The beach itself is spectacular and the pool pristine. The food was fantastic every day most notably the fabulous breakfast but every meal was a delight! With lobster plenty and loads of veggie options. The general waiting staff, down the the very last one, were just fantastic especially our pal Islam who made us smile every day and the hotel manager and customer experience lead who checked in daily to make sure nothing was needed. The cleaners were tireless but always discreet and the grounds keepers and security staff worked constantly. All staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you.

WiFi wasn’t great but there literally wasn’t another thing I could say was wrong!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Village Club. The property is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. Everything was spotless and very comfortable and you can really see the attention to detail everywhere. The staff was amazing – everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. The rooms were perfect - spacious, with large and comfortable beds. Outside of the rooms, the common area was creating such a relaxing tropical atmosphere, and it was amazing to see monkeys jumping through the trees and playing around — it made our stay so much more enjoyable. The food was also amazing- always fresh and delicious (don’t miss in the passion fruit juice on breakfast btw). The whole place had a very warm and charming feel. And last but definitely not least, a very special thank you to the team leader, Mr. Abdulsamad. He took the time to personally meet and greet every guest, always asking for feedback and happy to assist with anything. His genuine care and warm hospitality made the experience feel even more special.

The food was awful. There was the most enormous choice of very poor quality food. It would be so much better to have 1/3 quantity of high quality food. Such a shame!

Everything was a 10/10! You can tell that there's a lot of effort and care put behind this wonderful hotel, from the property itself (with its beautiful gardens, always well taken care of, to the rooms, big, clean, well decorated and super well equipped), to the common areas (swimming pool, sunbeds and restaurant) and the staff. From the management to all the others, everyone is super kind and attentive and delivers a high customer experience for sure, we always felt pampered, and treated like princesses in a very effortless way. If you stay in Diani, you can't miss this hotel! All was just exceptional, from the service, to the food - we got half board and really enjoyed each breakfast and dinner (we actually got a bit fat because of the amount of surprisingly great food we were having every day), and the whole experience. Location is also great, 1h from Mombasa airport, and in front of a beautiful part of the beach! We wish we would have stayed more, but definitely next time we are in Diani, we will come here again, without even thinking about it! Special thanks to Abdulsamad, always present and managing the whole thing perfectly, Ismael at the reception, always super helpful and nice, Ali who helped us and welcomed us during check in, Patrick who made the room clean and perfect everyday, Celine who did my mom and I 2 great massages, and the whole staff from the kitchen and restaurant - always super nice and friendly and very professional! All was just perfect

Ocean Village Club in Diani Beach is truly a place of peace and tranquillity — and it delivered exactly that. I have never felt so relaxed on a holiday before, and honestly even coming home felt like I had to switch my brain back on again. We stayed for 10 days, which gave us enough time to see that the experience here is consistently wonderful throughout the stay. The setting itself is stunning. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the pool area is fantastic, and our bedroom was gorgeous. Thoughtful touches like a selection of different pillows to suit your comfort made a real difference. One of my favourite experiences was the outdoor shower on the balcony — showering while watching monkeys swinging through the trees was something quite special. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day, with both a morning clean and a lovely turndown service in the evening. The wildlife around the hotel is magical. Throughout our stay we saw several different monkeys, lizards, birds and even crabs around the grounds. It really makes you feel immersed in nature. Breakfast and dinner were served in such beautiful settings. The atmosphere in the evenings was incredibly romantic — albeit I was there with my mum rather than a partner! Still, the ambience was truly lovely. And while all of this is wonderful, I still haven’t mentioned the very best part of this hotel: the staff. I have experienced excellent service in many hotels before — well trained, professional and attentive — but this was different. The team here genuinely care. Their warmth and kindness felt completely natural and sincere, never forced or overly formal. Every single member of staff we encountered was incredible. From the gardeners, cleaners, reception team and chefs, to the waiters, bar staff, security team, the towel attendant and guest services — every person contributed to making our stay feel special. Having worked in hospitality myself for most of my life, I know how much effort and dedication goes into creating an experience like this. If this were my team, I would be absolutely beaming with pride. I truly hope the staff here receive the recognition they deserve for the incredible work they do. The staff at Ocean Village Club are the heart of this hotel, and they made our stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Ocean Village Club to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful and genuinely relaxing place to stay in Diani Beach.

Wir sind 100% zufrieden. Tolles Hotel mit schönen Zimmer - sauber und groß. Der Pool ist gros und erfrischend. Das beste sind jedoch die Mitarbeiter - egal ob Kellner, Masseurin, Empfangspersonal, Sicherheitsmann oder Gärtner. Man fühlt sich ab dem ersten Moment wohl und sicher. Wir haben das Boccia spielen mit Hamisi sehr genossen. Er hat uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben.
