Decent restaurant, central location.

I booked online with booking.com but when I went to the property they somehow found my reservation but made me pay for the 2 nights I already booked and paid for online in cash. They refused to cancel my reservation and told me to cancel it myself online which would have left me loosing half my payment or do nothing and it would get refunded. They should be removed from booking.com pre payment if they refuse to uphold it. Not sure if there is a cash only option on here but either way incredibly inconvenient and frustrating especially after a long travel day
