Moonlight Villa

Location was good, bed was comfortable enough

Staff weren’t too keen on being helpful to us. The toilet was broken and unusable. Lower level rooms will have to bear the constant loud music downstairs.

the room was not very clean ans we find garalou in the room

Great location in the centre of Phnom Penh close to nightlife and culture. Friendly staff helped when needed and pool table in the bar.

Didn’t book a room with air con and provided with a fan. Room still very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. Bathroom door didn’t close and the toilet flush was broken which we had to consistently fix.

The hotel is the hotel is the opposite of its name it should be called devils villa, very arrogant and unreasonable. Very noise and no understanding of hotel business. They force me to stay even when not satisfied, they forced me to pay the 5 days I booked without staying 5 days. It was hell stay there and will never return to such hotel. The only good thing about the hotel is just the name moonlight villa nothing else makes sense there. The name was a total deceit. I dont like anything about the hotel.there was nothing good there.
