Cardamon Hotel Nilaveli

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war angenehm und entspannend. Besonders gefallen hat uns die schöne Lage direkt am Meer sowie die sauberen und gepflegten Zimmer.

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns leider nicht gefallen. Die Umgebung war nicht besonders schön und es gab in der Nähe nur wenige Möglichkeiten zum Essen oder Einkaufen.

The room was directly facing the enormously beautiful beach, slept and woke-up to the sound of the waves, it was simply lovely. Room was very very spacious, it felt like a room at my home, which is so hard to find within the price range of this hotel. Staff was super helpful, always engaging with a smile and ready to help wherever needed.

Breakfast menu could have been better, no complaints, just something to look into for future.

Excellent location right on a lovely stretch of beach and within easy walk of restaurants and the main village centre. All rooms have a sea view and are very spacious. There’s also a lovely beach bar.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits au Cardamon Hotel à Nilaveli et nous avons passé un excellent moment. L’hôtel est très beau, idéalement situé en front de mer, avec une piscine, des transats et des tables directement sur la plage. Pouvoir y déjeuner ou dîner face à la mer est vraiment très agréable. La nourriture est excellente, avec un choix de plats varié et de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une amabilité incroyables, toujours disponible et attentionné. Nous devions partir une demi-heure avant l’ouverture du petit-déjeuner et, après leur avoir demandé la veille au soir, ils nous ont préparé sans problème des pancakes à emporter ainsi que de l’ananas coupé. Un vrai service client. Nous étions dans la chambre 310, avec une baignoire offrant une vue sur la mer. La chambre est très agréable, bien équipée avec TV, climatisation, belle hauteur sous plafond, et tout le confort nécessaire. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel, aussi bien pour son cadre que pour la qualité de son accueil, de sa restauration et de ses prestations.
