Dickwella Beach

Location! On the beach and quiet away from the busy Hiriketiya. Cabanas and the view to relax and swim listening to the sounds of the ocean made it special. Poor wifi, smaller rooms and some door issues but we still enjoyed our stay. Short walk to Hiriketiya.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are very nice. The bar and food was great. The location is good and the atmosphere outside is great.

It is way too expensive for what it is worth. The rooms aren't great, the showers didn't work amazingly, and we heard a lot of complaints from other guests while we were there.

Location and friendliness

Bath room could be better as myself being tall found the wash basin low

Wonderful cocktails (rose Apple martini must try) right on the beach - stunning sunset and 10 mins walk from hiriketiya

No railing for one section of the stairway.

Toilet door could not be locked from inside as the hinge did not fit in to the slot No phone to reception Could not lock the balcony door. Lock broken Mini fridge not plugged in as the fridge plug does not match the wall socket Toilet paper holder broken Flower bowl placed on the mirror table was leaking

The room was basic but clean… we had a sea view room with a balcony. The food menu was simple but good… takes time after ordering but we were told this at check in. Staff were all lovely.

The door lock was tricky, needs power sockets next to beds.

L’emplacement est idéal pour une plage propre, belle et peu fréquentée !

Le service était long… Il n’y avais qu’une prise utilisable avec un adaptateur dans la chambre familiale, celle-ci était derrière la tête de lit.

Big compliments to the staff! They were very kind and helpful. The room was clean, the lady at the reception helped us with everything and we had the best cocktail here! The location is also great :)
