Dickwella Beach

The location was amazing. Right on the beach. It’s a lovely beach. Great for swimming and snorkelling. Food at the hotel was really great too. Loved the resident cat too.

Hotel could be a bit improved and rooms too. Shower was poor but this don’t detract from a great stay for the location.

De accommodatie ligt op een prachtige plek, direct aan het strand. Je hebt er lekkere zitjes en een buitenbar om eten en drinken te bestellen. Heerlijk vertoeven!

De kamer was basic met bijvoorbeeld een scheve wasbak zodat daar niks opgezet kon worden. De kamer werd ook niet schoongemaakt. Ze vroegen pas op de 3e dag of we de kamer schoongemaakt wilde hebben. Wat weinig waterdruk maar wel een warme douche!

Täydellinen sijainti rannalla, ja hotellin baarista upea katsella auringonlaskua. Mukava henkilökunta joskin tuntuivat välillä olevan vähän hukassa. Perus siisti huone jossa toimiva ilmastointi. Lyhyt matka keskustaan/ravintoloihin/kauppoihin. Baarista sai aamupalaa, juotavaa, kahvia ja lounasta + illallista aamusta iltaan asti, eli päivän pystyi viettämään halutessaan vaikka kokonaan rannalla :)

Peitto olisi kiva. Tottunut nukkumaan peitolla, joten pelkällä lakanalla orpo olo :)

Great position on Dickwella Beach, lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They rushed to get my room ready after my early arrival. Wi-Fi was mostly ok, air con good.

The hot water was sporadic, I reckon I had hot water 2 nights out of my 6 night stay. The doors had gaps so did not keep the mosquitoes out. My ground floor room had a door onto a little terrace with a drying rack in. I managed to lock myself out twice and had to shout for help to get back in! The lock should really be on the inside, not outside.
