Van Royal Hotel

The staff were friendly and commitment, breakfast was good, the room was clean and big. I've ordered another bed and i got it fast. The rules are not to order foods outside but they accept for me to order that's awesome.

In my room there was an odor i don't like. The conditioner worked but not making room cooler than 23 c degrees maybe or more. The elevator makes sounds every time we go up or get down makes noisy sounds. There was no buttom or paper to show them do not enter room, i mean while we took breakfast they entered room and cleaned it, btw i didn't want to anyone enter at that time.

It was clean

The staff of the restaurant is very racist and impolite. I had two meals there the servant girl kept bringing trash on our table while we were eating!!!!!! And the man kept making us feel really uncomfortable .. this is the first time in my life that I encounter such a horrible behavior in a hotel!!!! Bad behavior bad hospitality

1) Big suits. 2) Food

1) The bed is too small even though it was a double bed at the suite 2) The cleanliness was not good enough specially the towels. One of the towels smelled of cigarettes. 3) The gym is very basic, old equipment and inside the indoor swimming pool. 4) TV wasn’t working.
