The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Everyone at reception spoke perfect english and went far beyond what is to be expected in making my stay as pleasant as humanly possible. I cannot praise them enough. Breakfast was great and the rooms very spacious and clean. I stayed in two different ones since I was visiting another city for a day in between stays. They were both great. Comfortable beds, high speed wifi without restrictions or extra fees. Affordable mini bar with water, snacks, juices, soft drinks etc. Tons of channels albeit pretty much all in Sorani or Arabic. Bathroom had packaged combs, shaving kit, toithbrush and toothpaste and two sets of small shampoo, balsam and shower gel bottles. A steady supply of free water bottles each day and more at the ready if you call reception. Also the AC worked beautifully and was easy to adjust. Another great thing was the how quiet it was. Plenty of huests but I didnt head a single thing coming from other rooms or the spacious corridors. If I'm ever in Erbil again I will be returning here, no question.

If I have to think of anything The outside of the hotel windows could do with a quick wipe down. But considering the climate maybe this isn't a feasible thing to do on a regular basis. Not a big deal.

What impressed me the most was Mr. Abdulkadir, the receptionist. He was truly exceptional in his manners and the way he treated me. He made the check-in process smooth and easy, followed up on everything I needed, and even arranged an airport taxi for me. So, I sincerely say to him: thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I did not like the way I was treated at the hotel’s swimming pool, as the staff’s attitude was not friendly. At the restaurant, my request for a specific type of egg was neglected. I had to follow up on my order twice, but I didn’t complain much and simply took my order after some time. But I did not like this attitude.
