Good accommodation, stayed in a female dorm. Location is good, central of tapovan.

I hate to do this, but I simply have to leave a negative review. When I crawled into bed last night, I noticed a musty smell, which I discovered was coming from the sheets. Upon closer inspection, I found that they were dirty and had hair all over, including pubes. When I reported this to the staff, they soon had the sheets changed, but their attitude was quite impolite and they didn't seem willing at all to even hear me out about my complaint. Also: a small chunk of mountain visible between the buildings does not constitute a "mountain view".
