The shower was quite nice

The deluxe room is not deluxe or anything like that, the balcony is not nice for being used, you only see other buildings. The bed is not comfortable. The show kettles on the picture but then you have to ask for it. In my room the energy socker didnt work

The stay was comfortable and the facilities neat and clean. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and pleasant. Overall it is value for money and a safe zone for a solo traveller.

The privacy at the female.dorm was a bit lacking with the staff coming and going without notice. Curtain rods at the female dorm were broken and not repaired promptly.

Only the location , if anyone wants to stay in the main area- tapovan

The room was not close to the pictures added in the website. They lacked basic facilities and amenities mentioned in the inclusion. When i asked them for a kettle - as included in the package, received a broken and burnt one which was of zero use. The bathroom seat was not even cleaned and was really unhygienic. When i called the staff to get it cleaned. They were not ready to accept it was dirty. There was urine splashes all over the plastic seat and as per them it was clean. I tried to ignore a lot of things, as i was travelling solo and didn’t want to ruin my trip. But this property do lack a lot of basic amenities and the pictures are not close to the reality. There restaurant was not operational and no where it was mentioned during the booking.

Location is OK for Tapovan

The location is gud. The dorm bed, according to the price, did not meet my expectations. It should be clearly mentioned that they would be providing an upper dorm bed or a lower dorm bed. The lower dorm bed should be charged more for convenience. While climbing up the dorm bed, it used to shake like anything. As far as dorm room is considered, it was a bit congested. I expected a little ventilation. The wifi was not strong enough. The staff was super friendly. Washrooms were clean. Overall the stay was fair.
