Forced to pay in full at check-in. If guests have arrived in physical then no chance of false booking and revenue loss so why force to pay full during check-in ? Illogical to me. If there's some actual logical reason...i wasn't explained that

The bed is little uncomfortable if you have back pain.

Just location I only like it , roof top dining are also good , nothing more

Bed not good , when we lay spring will hit our body , comfort not cleaning well, more flys are inside the room, breakfast not good at all, high rate and very cheap class hotel, not worth the money…

The restaurant is nicely located with a beautiful view of the lake. Food is quite good.

There is a constant deep rumbling noise of a pressure pump that keeps running every few minutes. If you are a sensitive sleeper this can be a problem.

We liked the service and view from the room. The food was awesome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the property is far from all the traffic and noise, so we loved it. The 1st day of check-in I had requested for bed decorations to attract my Kid. They went one step above by adding balloons to the decoration. She just loved it... Would love to stay here again.

The size of the room is decent , but slightly smaller than what we expected. Since this property is not close to any restaurant or shop, it would be better if they can provide Tea or Coffee at our preferred timings. But they've fixed timings for the restaurant. Otherwise it's really good
