Bonita Banasura

What a wonderful and welcoming place. Good size room, with tea making facilities. And of course the rooms are fresh and clean. Great to have a balcony overlooking the Banasura with amazing sunrise views. Really enjoyed the restaurant too along with a very good chef! The staff are a brilliant team, with a special mention to Sajimon who went above and beyond every time, especially when one of us was not well. He made sure we went to a good hospital to get sorted, and we were so grateful. The views were amazing.

Breakfast and snakcs were good. Location was good. Room is good

Great location, accommodating staff and view. They clarified a number of questions for us and allowed us to leave our bags in the room after official checkout when we went hiking.

I initially received a request for payment to secure the booking even though I had secured it with my credit card. This looked like a phishing email. Hotel staff agreed it was not needed when I informed them about the credit card.
