We had a really wonderful stay. Our room was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, and it was great to have a balcony. The shared spaces (lobby and breakfast room) were also very pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful - a great variety with tasty, high quality, locally produced food. Location was perfect, especially since we relied on public transportation - right in the middle of town, close to bus stop, shops, restaurants, and gondolas/lifts. The owner and staff were so kind and helpful and nice to chat with as well.

This is very minor, but it would have been nice to have a smart tv so we could watch Netflix in the evenings - there's not a ton to do in the evenings in a small town when it's already dark out and we didn't have a car. (There was a television but as far as I could tell just local channels, nothing in English).

"Very nice hotel"

Super clean and quiet stay right in the hear of Ortisei. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast each morning was great. We will be back again. The hotel is a 2 min walk away from the pedestrian area and 5-7 min away from the Seceda and Alp de Susi cable cars.

A small charming hotel in the heart of Ortisei with a perfect access to everything. We got a free room upgrade. The room is big and clean with a balcony and a nice view to the main street and the mountains. Good breakfast. The staff (owners) were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Lack of shower gel / shampoo in the bathroom.

The room and staff were amazing and the attention to detail was fantastic. We stayed in the Dolomites room which is so unique and has a lovely ethos. Can't fault it and would highly recommend this hotel. There is parking at the property and bars and restaurants are nearby, Walter kindly recommended some restaurants for dinner which were lovely too. I particularly liked the suggestions for local activities which were presented for your perusal over breakfast.

The breakfast is amazing with viours choices, everything is perfect! The view outside the window is quite astonishing, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony so much. The host is quite nice and hospitable, he told all the information that we need. What a chill and impressive holiday!
