Very convenient location, the bus stop is close and we got a ticket to use the bus for free. There are also other attracions nearby. The hotel itself was great, the host helped us and answered every question we had. The breakfast was great. The rooms were good too, we didnt expect a small kitchen so that was a pleasent suprise. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, souvenir shops, restaurants etc. We also got a ticket for the pool which is very close to the hotel, was nice to end our day by jumping in there. We also found new attractions that we didnt know that exit due to hotel, which recommended stuff. Overall, great hotel and a very positive experience for us! Highly recommended👍

Cosy hotel in the middle of Ortisei. Excelent for those interested mainly in skiing and not in special confort. Very close to bus station, city center and from a distance walking to ski lifts toward Seceda and AlpiDi Siusi The owner will help you with everything you are interested in the area. The hotel has a full agreement with the local Spa ( which is located at aprox 150m) so you can benefit for free from their facilities ( 25 m swimming pool, Jacuzi and at least 10 saunas). Take advantage of that after a day of skiing! There is a restaurant and pizzeria in that building for the evening. Or others nearby

Wifi works better in the late evening when probably are less on network. If you have work to do maybe is better to have your own wifi to be sure. ( The local WIFI has a very limited upload)

The family was very welcoming and helpful with local activities and answering our endless questions. The breakfast was fabulous with local foods and homemade treats every morning. The location was perfect: we could walk to town and the chair lifts etc. There is a grocery across the street. Access to the local pool and bus passes were a great perk that we used often. The room was charming and spotless. The suite had everything we needed.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

we would highly recommend this hotel due to friendliness of staff, extremely perfect location.Hotel is in the center of the village. It is only 5-10min to cable cars, gondolas, bus station, swimming pool or sauna. Staff members were especially helpful. So far it is the best hotel we have stayed.:)

The room is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen facilities is very useful. Breakfast is excellent. The location is central, and opposite is a supermarket: for fruits, snacks and wine😁. Short walk to restaurants and shops. And most importantly our host is super.
