Location nearby Niseko and Mount Yotei. Very quiet. Good price, especially compared to any other place nearby, with double or triple prices.

Poor views (just one window) Old smoke smell (people must have been smoking here for years) Lack of a cofee machine (come on, just a coffe machine :-)
