Niseko Youraku Hotel

Everything is very good.

The room was spacious, warm and very clean. You have a microwave, a kettle, Tv and a small fridge big enough for 1-2 people. The bathroom is big and spacious. The most important is the owner and his wife. They are absolutely amazing people. They helped me when my car broke down and they arranged everything for me with the rental company. They went the extra mile always with a smile. I don’t speak much Japanese and without their help it would have been hell. They treated me like family, not just only a customer, and that really touched my heart.

The room was blackout. There was a possibility to do karaoke.

It smelled smoky and musty, it was really hot because of a heating that couldn’t be turned off. No airconditioning, not well cleaned room.

There was no breakfast, We ate nagiri from 7-11.

Advertised as smoke free but smelled of smoke and had an ashtray on table. We rented a room with two beds but on arrival got told a double was one bed despite my email confirmation saying two beds. We had to pay an extra 4k JPY to get 2 beds.
