Great value for money in a good location if you have a car, or are happy to work around a fickle bus timetable. Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious.

The room smelled a little bit of cigarette smoke.

"Spacious rooms just out of town"

Location is good, not in Niseko but only a 9 minute drove from Grand Hirafu. Big room with a nice bath. Its a good spot if you’re staying for a while. Big fridge, a microwave and kettle. Private parking spot with each apartment which is nice. Would stay again.

As previous reviews stated, rooms stink of smoke. Relatively clean room but I moved the beds and it appeared to have not been vacuumed in a very long time. Price was OK. You get what you pay for.

We enjoyed our stay here, staff were very helpful. The parking was great so we didn’t have to clean snow off the car. Room was spacious and clean. We booked this for a ski trip. We would recommend staying here.

We didn’t know our room was a smoking room, it would have been nice to have a non-smoking room since we don’t like the smell/toxins. Make sure to book a non-smoking room is that important to you.

The room was spacious. If you had a car, the location is only 10-15 minutes from ski fields.

The room could do with some up-dating. No twin rooms were available.
